Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment by email. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of all taxes, including GST; delivery is added at checkout.

GST registration: [to be completed before launch]: the GSTIN and what the tax invoice shows, to be confirmed with the company's accountant.

Stock is held for you for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed, the order expires and the pieces go back on sale.

Payment

Payment is taken by Razorpay, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. If a payment is refused, the order is not confirmed, and a payment made after the order has expired is refunded or honoured — we will contact you.

Discount codes and referral rewards

Discount codes can be used one at a time and may have a minimum order, a limit per customer and an expiry date. A referral reward belongs to the person who earned it, works once, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

We may withhold or cancel a reward if a referral looks like an attempt to game the programme, for example self-referrals or repeated sign-ups from the same household.

Candle safety

Our pieces are decorative candles with a real flame. Follow the care instructions supplied with each piece: trim the wick, use a heat-resistant surface, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.

Authenticity

Each piece carries a unique product ID and a QR code. Scanning it confirms the piece is genuine. We may withdraw a product ID that has been copied or reported stolen; the piece itself is unaffected, and you can contact us if a scan does not verify.

Liability and law
